fonts-tlwg-kinnari-otf software package provides Thai Kinnari OpenType font, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-tlwg-kinnari-otf
fonts-tlwg-kinnari-otf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-tlwg-kinnari-otf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-tlwg-kinnari-otf *
You will get with fonts-tlwg-kinnari-otf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
